On Sunday the 26th of January 2025, at the Maslin Beach Community Hall  the Association will be holding a flag raising ceremony and breakfast at the Maslin Beach Community Hall. Flag raising ceremony to commence at 8.00am. Breakfast will be provided including tea/coffee by the MBCA and volunteers from 8:15am until 9.15am.   

The MBCA is holding its Annual General Meeting and as a member your attendance is requested to vote in our next committee members, recieve the presentation of accounts and report from the Chairperson. Please let us know you can make it by accepting this event and grabbing free tickets. By doing so you let us know numbers that will assist with catering. 

Want to know how you can get involved in the Maslin Beach community? Keen to volunteer? Before our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 5 October 2024, we are opening up the doors and inviting members and residents to learn more about the Maslin Beach Community Association and what we do. Hear from our current committee members, how we serve the community and what motivates us. It will also be an opportunity to express your interest in being on the committee or just put your hand up to volunteer and help out when you can. We will be putting on some light food and refreshments during the evening. All members and residents are welcome to attend.

Maslin Beach has a strong and vibrant artists community that is the envy of the region. Ranging from internationally state and local award winners the Maslin Beach Community Association is supporting the work of these artists by holding a Pre-Mother's Day Market. Come down and support local to find that special gift for that special mother. Stalls include: Jewellery, garden sculptures, greetings cards, plants, terrariums, pet gifts, Maslin Beach merchandise plus much more. Nudiebrews will be onsite for coffee, toasties, ham and cheese croissants and other treats.

Summer is sure taking its take to come around but we aren't about to give up. We are taking what we planned for our cancelled Christmas Party and trying again. So come down to the Reserve on Sunday 21 January 2024 and enjoy the music and food from our very own local band Roobix and caterer Quince Catering. Bring along your picnic chairs and blankets to sit and enjoy the live music and paella. Softdrinks and water will be available from the Maslin Beach Community Association stand. BYO your personal drink preferences. All Maslin Beach residents are welcome. MBCA members can register today for their $10 subsidised food voucher. 1 per individual membership, maximum 2 per family membership. Anti social behaviour at Maslin Beach has been an ongoing issue for many years. Following recent concerns expressed by residents to the Maslin Beach Community Association relating to the lower car park, a community meeting has been organised with police and council. Sergeant Clare Doherty, South Australia Police Aldinga Police Station and Darryn Moyle, Onkaparinga City Council will be coming along to speak with concerned residents and discuss strategies to help deter the inappropriate behaviour. This is a free event and all are welcome to attend.
